How to Recover Your Password on Evnity: A Step-by-Step Guide
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry—Evnity has made it simple to recover your account and get back to connecting with your community. Follow this easy guide to reset your password.
Go to the Evnity website and click on the Forgot Password? link available on the login page. You will be redirected to the password recovery page, as shown in the image.
On the password recovery page, you will see a field labeled E-mail. Enter the email address you used to register your Evnity account. Make sure it is the correct and active email, as this is where the recovery instructions will be sent.
Once you've entered your email, click the Recover button. This action will trigger a recovery email to be sent to your inbox with instructions on how to reset your password.
After clicking the Recover button, go to your email inbox and look for an email from Evnity. If you don’t see it in your inbox, make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
The email will contain a link that you need to click on to proceed with the password reset process.
Clicking the link in the email will redirect you to a secure page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password, making sure it’s strong by using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Confirm the password to complete the process.
Once you’ve successfully reset your password, go back to the Evnity login page. Enter your username and your new password to access your account.
Use a Valid Email: Make sure you use the email address that is linked to your Evnity account to receive the recovery link.
Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes recovery emails can end up in spam or junk folders, so be sure to look there if you don't see it in your inbox.
Create a Strong Password: Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to ensure your new password is secure.
